Refund policy

All of our products are instant digital downloads, delivered to you immediately after purchase. Because the full file is in your hands right away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If your file doesn't arrive, won't open, or appears damaged, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of purchase. We'll send you a working copy, and if we can't fix the problem, we'll give you a full refund. If you were charged twice by mistake, let us know and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
